IT Operations Manager - UK

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of Operational Services to our Corporate customers serving IT, Collaboration, Connectivity & Engineering services to a varied and wide customer base.

Leading a team of technology specialists supported by peer leadership delivery model in the definition, implementation, growth & delivery of seamless technology, service, systems & support to ensure our business delivers and enables our people to excel. The role holds responsibility for both direct and matrix management.

The role will suit someone who can manage the end to end operations of a business across people, process technology, systems, hardware, software & security with good people & commercial acumen in order to ensure end to end service delivery in line with good practice and business value.

The role will also focus on the ongoing development of the support capability, ensuring that it is able to grow and mature to meet future demand and keeps pace with the developing portfolio of services and customers.
