Beauty Salon Manager (Female) - UK

We are a beauty salon with a large team of therapists offering beauty and aesthetic treatments.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of sales and operations for the salon.
• Recruiting, building teams and maximising staff performance through performance management, training and development.
• Increasing treatment standards and introducing new treatments to improve sales and revenue.
• Managing all operational needs of the business including staff schedules, staff rewards, and staff engagement.
• Responsible for increasing sales through existing treatments, retail and introduction of new treatments/revenue streams.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identifying, negotiating new sites and building teams to deliver to business targets.
• Handing all escalations from the salon team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Beauty sales and operations management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of beauty and aesthetics industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
• Proficient in computing including Microsoft Office Suite and salon management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
